HIGHETT PODIATRY HAS A GREAT TEAM OF PODIATRISTS WHO LOVE WHAT THEY DO!
Our team of podiatrists is highly skilled across all podiatry disciplines; each with their own special interest areas to ensure our patient’s care is placed in the best hands.
With a solid commitment to ongoing education and research, our evidence-based podiatry treatment is the hallmark of the service provided.
Genuine care for our patients is the backbone of our practice. It is what builds trusting relationships and has our patients recommending us to others.
Highett Podiatry has provided the highest level of podiatric services to over 50,000 patients, with this number continuing to grow. Due to our well-known and highly regarded reputation for patient care, we have expanded to open a second clinic with plenty of treatment rooms across both our Highett and Mentone locations.
Administration Team
The warmth and genuine care for all patients who step through Highett Podiatry’s doors is evident from the calm and friendly environment Lisa, Mandy, Vickie, Caitlyn, Helen and Laura create. They place high value on providing a quality customer service experience during your visit and with any ongoing treatment.
Lisa, our practice manager, runs her own business on the side as a mobile massage therapist. She has exceptional organisational skills and ensures a patient’s needs always remain the priority. She balances her work with a love of travel, photography and exercising with friends.
Mandy’s welcoming manner and efficient administrative expertise has our clinic running smoothly. You will see Mandy mainly at our Mentone practice, these days. Mandy has two young children that keep her on her toes as well as enjoying trips away with the family, reading and going to the gym.
Vickie is all things numbers. Vickie is our and your’s “go to” for all things accounts. Whether we are paying you, or you are paying us, Vickie keeps track of it all. A fun fact is that Vickie and Kirsti went to high school together 35 years ago at Cheltenham High.
Caitlyn is currently studying podiatry after completing a degree in “Event Management.” A fun fact about Caitlyn is that she did her work experience with us in 2015 as a 15-year-old, and has been with us ever since. She will be a fully qualified podiatrist within the next 2 years and you may see her around the clinic as a podiatry assistant.
Laura is the youngest member of the Highett Podiatry team and is a bubbly and vivacious addition. She started with us running our social media and website, and since completing her degree in communications she quickly grasped at the opportunity to work part time in admin.
Helen previously worked as a dental nurse in the dental industry for years. Going from teeth to feet, Helen has it all under control from “top to bottom.” Helen lives in Highett and has two school-aged children.
