Beth is currently a third-year podiatry student and one of our Allied Health Assistants. She has a particular interest in dance-related injuries, especially those affecting ballet dancers, and in strategies for managing high-demand workloads associated with the industry.
Beth is a retired ballet and musical theatre performer, and spent ten years teaching ballet, jazz and tap. This has sparked her interest in understanding the mechanics of movement and injury rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning suitable for high-level athletes.
Beth is continually expanding her knowledge and involvement through professional development opportunities, including seminars and volunteering at APodA conferences.
Her goal is to combine clinical expertise with her performing arts background to support dancers and active individuals in achieving optimal foot health and performance.
