Throughout their career, Peter has developed a strong reputation in sports podiatry, with a particular focus on overuse injuries, biomechanical dysfunction, and lower-limb performance optimisation. They have worked extensively with recreational to elite athletes, providing accurate diagnosis, tailored rehabilitation plans, and long-term injury-prevention strategies.
Peter has extensive experience in sports podiatry and has been recognised with Fellowship of SEPA (Sports and Exercise Podiatry Australia)—a testament to his commitment, expertise, and contribution to the field. He has worked with athletes of all levels, from weekend runners to high-performance competitors, providing accurate diagnosis, tailored treatment plans, and long-term injury-prevention strategies.
Outside the clinic, Peter keeps life active and coastal. He’s spent more than 25 years as a Surf Lifesaver, volunteering at Woolamai Beach Surf Lifesaving Club on Phillip Island and working as a professional lifeguard on beaches across Victoria. In 2005, he was honoured with Life Saving Victoria’s Beach Lifeguard of the Year, something he’s still quietly proud of.
Peter has also taken his skills to the sky, spending over seven years as a Senior Air Rescue Crewman with the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service, helping keep Victorian beachgoers safe from above.
These days, Peter stays connected to surf sports through regular swim training with his lifesaving mates, and when he’s not in the water, he’s usually running with his Kelpie, Max, who sets a pretty decent pace.
Dedicated, experienced, and continually upskilling, Peter prides themselves on delivering comprehensive care that empowers patients to move better, recover faster, and maintain lifelong foot and lower-limb health.
