Amy is our newest podiatrist at Highett Podiatry, who travels all the way from the UK to share her vast knowledge and experience.
Amy has a keen interest in Musculo skeletal injuries and is experienced in diagnostic ultrasound, having completed further study in this area. Amy also enjoys working with paediatric patients and has a soft spot for the elderly clientele.
Amy has a special interest in the management of Achilles tendinopathy and Plantar fasciitis. She wrote her 10,000-word dissertation on this topic while at university. I think we can safely say she knows all there is to know about this!
Amy has quickly adopted the Melbourne Rebels as her team to follow. For those of you who aren’t familiar, the Melbourne Rebels are our local Rugby team.
Amy is already missing her cats and dreams of getting a cocker spaniel. She played netball and hockey growing up and now enjoys running, swimming, and skiing.
Fun Fact about Amy is that she was a child model and actor before deciding that podiatry was a career for her.
